CalliGrow began its journey in 2019 as a passion project that gradually grew into a successful online calligraphy business led by a young woman entrepreneur. Specializing in copperplate and brush pen calligraphy, CalliGrow also offers expertise in wall murals, faux calligraphy, and gothic script. From the very first batch of our online calligraphy classes, we have continuously flourished, helping students build strong skills and confidence in the art of calligraphy.
With positive feedback from our students and consistent word-of-mouth recommendations, CalliGrow has successfully trained over 400+ students across the world. As a result of this growth and dedication to quality learning, CalliGrow was proudly recognized in the India Book of Records 2022.
Founder's Story
Hi There, I’m Salima Musthafa — Founder & Calligraphy Educator at CalliGrow
What began as a simple fascination with beautiful handwriting gradually evolved into a lifelong passion for calligraphy. Over the years, I have honed my skills in Copperplate and Brush Pen Calligraphy, and today, I help others learn calligraphy online and through hands-on workshops with confidence and creativity.
For me, calligraphy is more than just an art form—it is a practice of mindfulness and self-expression. Each stroke carries rhythm, patience, and emotion. Through CalliGrow, I aim to share not only the technical skills of lettering but also the sense of calm and creative freedom that calligraphy brings into everyday life.
